Bristle Field Guide
Mobile dog grooming scheduling
Bristle keeps the visit on a day book and stores the client's address. It does not plan a driving route.
What you can schedule
Book a client, one of their pets, a groomer, a service, and a start time. A client can have more than one pet, so two dogs in the same driveway can be two visits instead of one crowded ticket. The address field on the client is for the mobile stop. The visit shows that address when it is filled in.
Duration and price fill from the service plus the pet's coat and weight, except Nail trim, which stays flat. If that groomer already has a visit at that time, the book refuses the overlap and leaves the other visit where it is.
What is not built
There is no map, no stop order, and no drive-time estimate. The client form says the address is for mobile visits and that routing is not in this version. That is still true. Reschedule changes the clock time. It does not reorder a van route, because there is no route.
Checkout records a payment you already took. It does not charge a card, and it does not take a deposit. See groomer no-show deposits for that limit, and grooming appointment reminders for what a reminder actually does.
